In our shop, refurbished means we take only the cleanest, newest floor scrubbers that are in the best physical, electrical and mechanical shape, and we give them a full and complete processing for performance, durability and aesthetics.
We only sell a few models that we know very well, and we service every serviceable component on each of those units. Our service includes:

If you are local to our Winchester, KY shop, you are welcome anytime to come by, try a machine, and take it with you. We have free rapid delivery on all of our premium models and the lowest cost possible on all shipments that we cannot do for free. Your machine will be delivered in person if you are nearby or by the fastest freight possible if further away. All palletized equipment is securely packaged and comes with an easy unloading ramp.
Some remote locations (residential or no access to a full semi, liftgate, etc.) may have freight charges that exceed the included $250; excess fees will be quoted prior and shared.
Two of the reasons we focus on Tennant floor scrubbers, and these models in particular, is parts availability and ease of diagnostics. Anything on these machines that is user-serviceable can be done with no or minimal tools. Any necessary diagnostics can be done rapidly over the phone or with an in-person service call as needed with the onboard diagnostics and a simple voltmeter.
We offer a “reasonable warranty”. We ask that an operator or other capable person give several minutes on the phone with our technician to define the problem. Most of the time, it’s a very simple matter or adjustment. If we cannot reasonably diagnose and resolve the issue by phone, we will send a technician out and/or return the machine to our shop for rapid service.
If you are out of warranty, our technical phone support is free, and the parts are provided at cost with no markup. We get 10-50% off most parts and we always pass that savings on to you.
If you require more field support, reach out to us to see what we can do to help. We love our customers and will do all we can for the lifetime you own the equipment. However, please note that we do NOT pay or reimburse for rental floor scrubbers. We also do NOT pay or reimburse for technicians or repairs we have not arranged for. These costs are often astronomical and exaggerated, and are not part of our business plan nor our warranty. If you are in a mission-critical application, ask us about arranging a low-cost backup machine.
While our main focus is servicing equipment we sell, we do offer repairs for local floor scrubbers on a case-by-case basis. If you’re located nearby, simply send us your address along with the make and model of your machine, and we’d be happy to take a look!
Located further away? No problem. You’re welcome to drop your equipment off at our shop, ship it directly to us, or we can arrange hassle-free freight pickup and delivery for you.

Durability & Battery Chemistry: Lead-acid batteries have a much more vulnerable chemistry, making them sensitive to proper charging, watering, storage, temperatures, and use at low levels (all very common issues that cause short run times and early cell death). Lithium (Lithium Iron Phosphate, LiFePO4) is much more robust and stable, making it almost invulnerable to the unintentional abuses that regularly destroy expensive lead-acid batteries of even the highest caliber.
Maintenance & Efficiency:
Lead-Acid batteries are an older technology that requires regular physical “watering” (adding distilled water to cells) and long, uninterrupted charging cycles.
Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries are “set it and forget it.” They are lighter, charge faster, and require zero internal maintenance.
We believe your team should spend their time cleaning floors, not managing battery chemistry. We specialize in lithium because it offers the lowest Total Cost of Ownership. While the upfront lithium cost is sometimes less or only slightly higher than traditional setups, the lifespan is 3–5 times longer than lead-acid. Additionally, instead of suffering a rapidly tapering loss of runtime after a few months like lead-acid batteries, lithium maintains its peak run hours for years—even in the most severe applications.
By switching to lithium, you eliminate the labor costs (and safety risks) associated with battery watering and acid spills. Most importantly, you eliminate the cost, danger, and the number one highest cause of inoperable equipment and expensive board or harness failures caused by lead-acid battery issues.
Yes. Lead-acid batteries lose water during the charging process. If you forget to refill them, the internal plates dry out and the battery fails prematurely.
Lithium batteries are completely sealed and never require water. And because it is a single sealed unit, we eliminate 100% of the failure-prone, oxidizing interbattery terminal connectors found in traditional setups.
• Lead-Acid: Usually requires 8–10 hours for a full charge. They also suffer from “memory effect,” meaning you shouldn’t stop a charge halfway through.
• Lithium: Can be fully charged in 2–3 hours. They also support opportunity charging—you can plug them in during a 30-minute lunch break to get extra run time without damaging the battery.
Lithium provides a consistent power output throughout the entire cycle. A lead-acid battery often loses “omph” (voltage drop) as it gets lower, causing the scrubber motors to run slower. Lithium stays at full power until the battery is nearly empty.
“If your cleaning crew is juggling multiple shifts, Lithium is the only way to go. You can charge the machine between tasks, effectively giving you a 24-hour cleaning window with a single machine.”
Runtime depends on the voltage, battery capacity (Ah), machine size, and operating conditions:
24V System (200Ah): Expect approximately 2 to 3+ hours of continuous scrubbing.
36V System (100Ah): Expect approximately 3 to 5+ hours of continuous scrubbing.
What affects your actual runtime?
Lower Power Consumption (Longer Runtime): Smaller scrubbers, smooth polished floors, and long straight hallways where you maintain steady momentum.
Higher Power Consumption (Shorter Runtime): Larger heavy-duty scrubbers, rough/uneven surfaces, steep ramps, and tight spaces requiring constant stopping, starting, and turning.
No. This unit is converted and sold for 100% manual operation. The BrainOS® autonomous navigation system is permanently turned off, allowing your operators to use it as a straightforward, high-capacity, ride-on floor scrubber without complex software, robotic sensors, or subscription fees.
ec-H2O NanoClean® is Tennant’s proprietary technology designed to convert plain tap water into an organic cleaning solution filled with microscopic nanobubbles, originally developed for hospitals that couldn’t use harsh chemical detergents.
Please Note: Honest operational feedback shows these factory ec-H2O™ modules rely on a notoriously faulty pump. We disable and completely remove the ec-H2O™ system in all of our scrubbers so they don’t throw frustrating error codes or cause operational downtime.
Any scrubber cleans great with plain tap water, and many of our customers see fantastic results using water alone! If you do prefer detergent, you don’t need much—just add a cup or two of Simple Green (available at Home Depot or Amazon) or Zep pH Neutral Floor Cleaner (available at Lowe’s) directly to the clean water tank.
The T7 Standard is our primary recommendation for most facilities and comes in the traditional Tennant configuration. The T7 AMR manual version uses the same industrial T7 chassis and scrubbing system, but the autonomous robotics software has been professionally disabled so it operates as a standard ride-on scrubber.
Both machines feature very similar down pressure and suction. However, a few key things to note:

We acquire these machines in large volume lots, which allows us to offer them as manual ride-on scrubbers once the autonomous system is disabled. This provides customers access to the proven T7 platform in a configuration that fits more operational requirements.
In most cases, autonomous functionality would require Tennant software activation, mapping, and service agreements through Tennant or an authorized AMR partner. If your facility plans to use robotics in the future, you may want to discuss that directly with Tennant.
Additionally, a lease-ready autonomous unit typically retails for $8,000–$10,000 more due to specialized sensor calibrations and several dozen additional electronic components that require ongoing service and maintenance.

Want the proven Tennant T7 platform
Do not need autonomous navigation features
