We had a bit of apprehension with making a significant purchase without having seen the equipment first, however based on our interactions with Erica we became confident in our decision to proceed - and in retrospect it was a great decision as the equipment has worked terrific to date. Additionally, we have received great service from Josiah's support team which has allowed us to perform proper maintenance to keep these units working on a daily basis.
