They did a video meeting before the purchase to help us choose which machine, and they have made several follow-up calls since it was delivered. There is no reason to purchase new. We had a bit of apprehension with making a significant purchase without having seen the equipment first, however based on our interactions with Erica we became confident in our decision to proceed - and in retrospect it was a great decision as the equipment has worked terrific to date.
